Hey, guys. Hey again, we are back with another new home model tour, and we are back again in the City of Temecula, California and in the community of Sommers Bend. So this time we are in the Blossom section of Sommers Bend. Like I mentioned in some of the other videos, Sommers Bend's a big, huge, master plan community. I think there's going to be over 2,000 homes altogether, so there's several different sections. This time we're here in Blossom.

Blossom's unique compared to some of the other sections. Really, they advertise them as bungalows. To me, I really consider them more of like a detached condo, but basically they have small yards, they do have garages. You are not attached to anybody else's living space. One of the models is attached to the garage space, so I'll show you that as we're walking through. Being the bungalows, you do have a little bit higher HOA. The HOA right now is about $343 per month, and you do have about a 1.8% tax rate.

The advantage is they are a little bit less expensive, so right now pricing starting right around $520,000 for the cheapest, the Plan 1. And right around $565,000 for the Plan 3, which is the most expensive. We have three models we're going to take a look at. We're going to do the same setup. We'll give you a full floor tour and let you guys check it out and see what you think. Let's go ahead and get into it.

All right. So we are here getting ready to walk inside Plan 1. Plan 1 is going to be the smallest out of the three we're going to take a look at. It's 1,482 square feet. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom. They call it a single-level home, but really what it is... We're going to walk in, we're going to go right in the front door, and you're going to see we're going to walk right on the first floor. As soon as you walk in, boom, we're going to hit a staircase to go right up to the living space. All the living space is really upstairs. It does have a two-car attached garage, which is nice. A lot of other communities that have plans like this, don't have a two car, a lot of times it's a one-car garage plus a carport or something like that. That's a cool thing. But we're going to go ahead and walk in and check it out. Like I mentioned, pricing starting right about $520,000 today, and I'm sure it's going to go up over time, so you always want to check back for the newest pricing.

But the first thing before we do the tour, if you guys are liking videos like this, please do me a favor, please hit like, please hit subscribe. Obviously it helps me, it helps the channel. Then last thing, almost forgot. We have a new PDF download that you can check out. You're going to see that link in the description below. It's theshortrealestateteam.com, that's our website, so www.theshortrealestateteam.com/visit. There's a really cool PDF download. We have PDFs set up for the City of Temecula, and then we have the City of Murrieta and Menifee that are going to be up there as well. But we have the best restaurants to check out, the best date night places, the best wineries, the best breweries, some of the cool, family fun, friendly stuff that you can check out as well. I think it's a really cool guide if you are going to be coming to the area, you want to know more about the city and if you want to get an idea for what it's like to actually live here, I think it's a really good way to start out. So I've been rambling, so let's go ahead and get into Plan 1.

Cool. Right as you come up the stairs, you walk right into the nice, big, great room. Obviously, it's not going to be a huge, huge home, but with how open the layout is and actually it feels really, really good. You have a real nice family room, you have a pretty good-sized kitchen, you have an eating area. Then you have that covered patio right off the eating area as well. I'm not sure if you guys saw it, but right as we walked in, you did have your two-car garage there as well. Hopefully, you wouldn't have construction right out your door for very long at least. A pretty good-sized pantry over on this side.

We'll start over here on the left. You have your second full bathroom. You see full tub/shower combination, you have dual sinks, which is nice. Other side of the hallway, you're going to have the bedroom number one. Obviously, they have it staged as more of an office. All that built-in furniture is going to be optional, but you do have the closet doors could definitely be used as a partition.

Going back down the hall, again on the right side, it's going to be bedroom number two, pretty decent size. On the other side, we have the laundry room. A good-size laundry room, especially for a detached condo like this or a bungalow. A lot of times they have super small laundry rooms where you can only do the. That's actually a pretty good size.

And then right into the main bedroom, so good size. You do have higher ceilings in here, pretty good amount of windows, so four windows. Obviously, they always do such a great job staging, so going to feel very nice and open. You do have that big shower that's going to be an upgrade here. You've got your dual sinks. Everything's spread out pretty well and actually a pretty good-sized closet.

Cool. Let's go ahead and move on to Plan 2. We are here right outside Plan 2. We're going to go ahead and check this one out next. It's a little bit bigger, it's now 1,695 square feet. It is a four bedroom, three bathroom. You do also have a two car garage, but it is detached. You'll see there is actually a little backyard area, a little patio space, and the garage is accessed right through there. We'll see that in just a second. Pricing right now they are starting right at $550,000. Let's go ahead and check it out.

All right. So right as you walk in, there was a staircase, bedroom and a bathroom. We're going to go ahead and circle back to that, but really the main draw, there's a really good size, great room right as you come in. You have that family room, you have the eating area and in the kitchen, a really good size island. Obviously you have some really, really nice upgrades here as well. Double ovens and stainless steel appliances and big cool sink and quartz counters and backsplash, all that type of stuff.

But very nice and open. Again as opposed to the Plan 1, you do actually have a living space downstairs, which is nice. Let's open this guy up. I'll show you this little, they call it like a backyard, but really your patio space. As that fancy sign says back there, that's where your garage is. You just access it right through there. It is not covered, so you do have an uncovered space between garage and inside of the house. So just know that. But it's nice to have a little bit of space.

We are going to circle back more towards the front door. You have that coat closet. Right next to the front door you have bedroom number one. So pretty decent size bedroom, they have it set up as a little lounge space. Then you have your full bathroom downstairs. Again, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It is really nice to have a full bedroom and bathroom downstairs, which is nice.

Cool. Right as we get upstairs, you have a little linen cabinet there. To the left of the stairs is your laundry room. Surprising actually, just a little bit smaller than that one in Plan 1. Your first bedroom upstairs right at the top of the stairs. One bedroom downstairs, this is bedroom number two, upstairs. And it takes you right to the Jack and Jill bathroom, which is pretty cool. You have dual sinks in there. You have your tub/ shower combo so you can access it from one bedroom and walk right to the other bedroom. This takes you to bedroom number three. To me they feel like mirrors of each other. I would say pretty standard size. Neither room is really huge but pretty decent and takes you right into the main bedroom right on the other side. Of course, it's going to be the largest, pretty good size here. You do have that walk-in closet there to the left. And of course, you have your en-suite here on the other side. Again, dual sinks, pretty good storage. Again, the bathroom here is actually just a little bit smaller than that one that was in Plan 1. Cool. All right, so that's Plan 2. Let's go ahead and check out Plan 3.

All right, so last we're here, we're going to check out Plan 3. Of course, that's going to be the largest. This one's 1,838 square feet. It's another four bedroom, this one's actually three and a half bathrooms. So of course, it's going to be a little bit bigger. Again, same setup as that as that Plan 2, so you have that detached two car garage. You do have that little yard space out there and pricing starting right at $565,000 right now. Let's go ahead and check it out.

All right, as we walk in, you have the bedroom and bathroom down the hallway. Again, we'll circle back to that, but right as you walk in into that big, great room. Of course, it's the most square footage out of the three models, so it's going to be the biggest great room here. The really good-sized family room. Definitely got the biggest kitchen, pretty good size island, a ton of cabinet storage. You have that eating area, of course you have that slider coming out to the patio space. It is interesting, it is the smaller of the two patio spaces. The Plan 2 definitely has more patio space there, which I thought was surprising. There is a pretty good size pantry back over there too, as far as a walk-in pantry.

Then as you come around the corner, there's a little hallway here, which I think is pretty cool. There is a coat closet there straight ahead, so we'll show you the space there. Then to the right, you do have your half bathroom. There's three full baths plus the half bathroom. It's funky, they got some weird stuff on the wall, weird feature wall. Looks a little odd to me, but whatever. But you do have your full bedroom downstairs, so honestly it almost feels like a second master. It's almost the same size as the main bedroom upstairs and you do have that full bathroom as well. It's an awesome guest room, it's an awesome in-law suite or for a teen room, anything like that. There is actually a really good size walk-in closet on the other side of the room as well. It would make for an awesome guest room, especially for something that's under 2000 square feet. It's a lot of space.

We're going to start over here, right on the left-hand side. First thing you're going to walk into is the laundry room. The laundry room's really good size. We'll go all the way in there for you, you'll see all that extra storage, et cetera; but definitely the biggest of the laundry rooms. Then right next to that is your first bedroom upstairs, bedroom number two out of four. Definitely the smallest of the bedrooms.

Coming down the hall, you have that second full bathroom. Again, one and a half bathroom downstairs, two full bathroom upstairs. Here's that guest bathroom upstairs. Next to that we have bedroom number three upstairs or bedroom number three of four. Definitely the larger of the guest bedrooms upstairs. There's a pretty good walk-in closet. And we're walking right into the main bedroom, bedroom number four. Of course, it's going to be the biggest, good size. They have some pretty cool upgrades in this one. You got the roof features on the beams, et cetera. The walk-in closet and take you over to the bathroom. Cool. Again, really good size. You got some pretty good linen storage that we walked by. The walk-in closet is really good size.

All right, so that's going to be our tour here of the Blossom community inside Sommers Bend here in Temecula. Hopefully it gives you guys a really good perspective on what these homes are like, what these bungalows are like, give you an idea for the yard space, the upgrades, the layout, all that type of stuff. Hopefully it's good information. If you guys have any questions, of course would love to hear from you. So feel free, you can call, you can text, you can email. Again if you want to check out the models, happy to set up a time to help you through that process, make sure you get all the incentives that are out there. And of course, if you like videos like this and you want to see more, do me a favor; hit like, hit subscribe. Check that link below for our download link and hopefully talk to you guys soon. Thanks.
