Hey again. Hey, we are back with another new home community tour here in Temecula, California. We are back in the summers Bend Master Plan community and we are now in the super high-end she Wood community. So she Wood is just opening up. It's a brand new community here in Temecula and it is super, super high-end. These models, we're going to walk you through all three models that they have here and they are absolutely gorgeous. They have all types of super high-end features, high ceilings, all types of semi-custom finishes, big massive, lots, big, huge houses, and I think they're super, super cool and I don't think it's like anything else here in Temecula. So we're looking at houses that these lots are going to be anywhere from a half a quarter acre all the way up to a half acre in size. So really, really massive. The houses, the smallest one is right about 3,100 square feet and all the way up to the largest model is almost 5,000 square feet.

So the taxes, just like any of the new homes, they're going to be a little bit higher. So that tax rate's going to be right about the 1.76% range is what they're quoting. And you do have the HOA, just like the rest of the summer's band that HOA is going to be starting right at either at two 20 per month or up to 3 0 5 per month. So it depends on what part of the community you're going to be living in and what lot you're going to buy. But it's super exclusive. I counted only 57 lots here. It's definitely the crown jewel here in the Summers Bend community super high end. I can't wait to show you guys. I know I live here in the community. We've been driving by 'em for months and something we were super excited to be able to check out. I think they're beautiful.

I think they're awesome, definitely. And so that high-end house is going to come with a high-end price point for sure. So the models, well the lots right now really your entry level is going to start right about the 1.7 area and all the way to the high end. That base price is going to start just a little over 2 million. Of course, you're still going to have some options that you might decide to add on on top of that too. So definitely a higher price point for Temecula, but they're super high end, they're super cool. Nothing like it in town for sure. So let's go ahead and check 'em out.

And again, we are here for another new home tour here at the wood community inside of Summers Bend. Again, high end. I'm super excited to show you guys. I think that they're beautiful houses and definitely something that's super, super rare here in Temecula. And then the one thing I did want to mention, so we're here, we're going to look at these three models.

Just keep in mind. So this is a new home community again, it's called Shaw Wood. They're awesome homes. What's a little bit different than most new home communities, they are only doing these homes by appointment only. So you must make an appointment to be able to take a look at the models. So there's a total of seven homes, seven different models that the builder is building. They're only modeling three of 'em. So we're going to give you the tours of all three houses now. But just know that if you want to take a look at these homes, you're going to have to make an appointment and if you want us to be able to help you with your search, of course we'd love to do that, right? So you're going to need to contact me ahead of time to set up that appointment. So we would be the ones that would need to be with you on that first appointment or if you're going to use another real estate agent or whatnot, just know if you want that representation, you're going to need to contact us to be able to do that.

Again, I do live here in the Summers Bend community, so it's super easy for me. I think I have some good information for you guys and give you some good perspective. But I'm going to give you some stats here on this first model and we'll go ahead and check it out. So the first one we're going to look at is the house right behind me. This is the Yuri model. So again, there's seven on seven different models that the builder is building. This is really number one on their list. This is the Yuri. So it's the smallest. It's about 3,200 square feet. So it's 3,203 square feet. It's three bedrooms plus an office, plus a bonus room and a three car garage and it's a single story, so it's a massive single story. Again, all these homes are going to be massive lots. So it's super cool. I mean we're going to do the tool right now. They're beautiful, you'll be able to check it out. But the price point, this one is going to be starting right about 1.7 just under is what they're quoting, but right about 1.7 million again, plus whether options you decide to add through the builder without me rambling anymore. Let's go ahead and we'll check it out.

So as come in, you saw that big huge massive door. There's super high ceilings throughout the home. You walk into that nice big formal entry. Then you have the big massive great room. So you have your dining room area, you have your huge family room and the kitchen as we stroll around. But you'll see there's a ton of windows, ton of natural light. There's two just in this room alone, there's two different French door sliders which are super cool. There's some awesome beam on the ceilings of course. Super nice finishes. So you have the quartz counters and the waterfall countertops, real nice tile flooring. There's some really cool custom features on the walls. You have high-end appliances, so built-in refrigerator. You have monogram stoves, you have all the high-end stuff. There's your prep kitchen, the prep kitchen and pantry. So extra storage prep area. There's your second fridge. I think that second fridge is an option. So just know a lot of these model homes are going to have a lot of options that are included in them. What makes it so nice. And as we come around the corner, this is the primary bedroom. So again, big, huge massive ceilings. Again, you have another French door slider. So that's now the third one that we've seen so far. I think there's at least one more the big huge room

And walks you right into the primary bath, which is super cool. So you have the standalone tub, you have a massive walk-in shower, the overhead overhead faucet. You have your dual wash area. So his and her bathroom sinks. Obviously there's a really good size master closet that you're walking through right now. I wrap you around the other side of the bathroom. But everything in here is really it, just super high end, super grand, super large. Of course they do a good job with all the finishes and everything here too.

So coming to the other side of the great room, this is the bonus room. So right now they kind of have it set up as a lounge area. It's kind of what you would see. Most people would treat it. It's kind of like a loft space in a two story. So this is just a single story. So if they don't call it a loft call a bonus room, but you have another set of French sliding doors there. This one has a TV mounted, but it could be a game room, it could be a playroom for kids, it could be another office depending on your family dynamics. And then as you make your way down the hall, you have two full bedrooms and bathrooms. So these are the extra bedrooms. So it's set up right now is a three bedroom. So both of them are really good size. There's going to be your full bathroom in there as well. And then we'll make our way into the third bedroom. Again, same deal, another walk-in closet and another full bathroom that's attached. So again, this model is set up as a three full bathroom, three and a half bathroom, the three full plus the half.

And then we're going to make our way back to the other side of the house kind of by the front door. So that's the front door that we came in. And then as we go to the side there, we'll go to the left. There is a bathroom right to your left. We'll take a quick look at that. So there's your half bathroom. So all three bedrooms have the full plus the half bathroom there. And then to the right we have the office.

All right, cool. So that is the Yuri model. So I think it's a beautiful house. Hopefully it's a really good tour for you guys. Definitely all types of high-end features and again, it's just nothing like you're going to find anywhere else here in Temecula. The one thing that I haven't mentioned or something I haven't mentioned yet so far in the video is part of the construction process here in this community is super unique too. So they're not made, they're not constructed like most normal homes. I think when you come in to take a look at the models, it'll be a lot easier to tell. They have some cool diagrams, they'll be able to show you in some different samples, but they don't use your typical wood with screws. It's really more of a tongue and groove technology. So all of the framing for the house is where the bottom, there's a concrete base at the bottom.

There's actually a little gap, like a little transfer piece. So the wood does not actually hit the concrete, which is definitely kind of unique. There's a little bit of a gap piece and then when the wood comes together, it's kind of like a tongue and groove technology where it forms together. The reason for that, it's supposed to be more specific, it's supposed to give a lot more integrity to the strength of the house. It's supposed to hold up a lot better in earthquakes and it's supposed to be just more of a higher end finish for sure. So from what I understand, this is the first of its kind in California. It's supposed to be a really high-end finish actually from Japan, which is kind of cool, but I feel like I'm kind of rambling about it. But you will see some more information when you come in. They have some cool diagrams that will explain it better than I can standing in front of the house, but good to know.

All right, so we are here at the next model. So this is the Kiri model. So again, out of the seven mount models that the builder is making, this is number three. So this one's 3,874 square feet, so almost 3,900 square feet. It's set up as a five bedroom plus a bonus room, plus a fitness room, five and a half bathrooms, three car garage and a single story. So it's super cool. I mean how many homes are you going to see that have at their own fitness room inside the primary bedroom? I think it's super cool. We're going to check it out and we'll see what you think.

So as you come in, again, a very grand entrance. So you have those high ceilings, nice and nice and wide entry. You walk into another massive grate room. So you have your family room area over here on the right you'll see the fireplace there that we hit pan to originally. Again, you have another two sets of sliding French doors. Basically windows all across the back of the house. So it brings in a ton of natural light. This one you can see that California room that's out there as well. Of course, just keep in mind when you're buying new construction, the backyard that's here would not be there. So you would get a piece of dirt with a small piece of concrete that you can develop and do what you want. But I think it's a really cool example of what they did with all of the backyard here. But onto the interior, you'll see obviously a ton of storage. The kitchen is massive, so you have a really good dining area, you have cabinets lining the walls. You have some high-end cabinets there with the glass pieces inside some high-end appliances. So stainless steel, you have dual ovens, you have built-in refrigerator. You have, there's another monogram stove top that's over there as well. Everything's just super high in, so nothing that you're missing for

And as we come around the corner there, you're going to go into the prep kitchen. So you have another sink. This one has a refrigerator with some more storage cabinets. You have your pantry space there, which is really good size. And as you, there's actually another oven there too. Realize that. And as you come on down, you're going to have your mud room area, which leads you right to the laundry room.

The laundry room is pretty generous size and that door that we're not going to go out there now, but that leads you out to the garage. So like I mentioned, there is a three car garage. What's kind of cool is it's three cars, but one of the garages is kind of kicked out to the side, but they are all attached to each other. So you can walk through a hallway to access your entire garage from the inside, which is kind of nice because that's usually not the case. But we have that kicked out for puppy.

And as we come around the corner, we're going to go to the primary bedroom. The first stop we've entered the primary bedroom. The first thing is going to be the fitness room. So I think this is super cool, not something that I've ever seen here in Temecula, maybe in a custom home once or twice. But this is the fitness room. So inside primary bedroom you have this. So it could be for a great obviously gym area. They have a Pilates machine set up. It could be even for another office area if you needed that, depending on your family dynamic. It could be for a nursery you had a baby or all types of stuff. So I think a really cool space. And again you saw another set of sliding French doors here in the primary bedroom. Super high ceilings, super large, super spacious. And as you walk into the bathroom, see massive walk-in shower, see the toilet area over there, dual sinks, ton of storage. You see the standalone bathtub as well and the faucet there, the standalone faucet that we pan to really quickly is actually a standard feature inside, which is cool. So it goes all the way down to the floor. So it's about three and a half feet or so high dual closets. And they're not connected during this moment. So now you have your dual closets.

And again, I mean even just standing in here right as the bathroom is huge, it could be, it's another bedroom in most houses for sure. So very large. I mean it's a big house. It's almost 3,900 square feet and we are going to come back here into the great room. Just all types of cool stuff. Light fixtures are all awesome. The fans are full of all the finishing work, all the custom walls and the fireplaces. We've done a really good job. And so as we come over to the other side of the house directly to the right, it's going to be the half bathroom. So just a sink toilet. You'll see that there actually they have these really cool high-end toilets, which is kind of cool. They have sensors on 'em, but as you walk up, they open up and they're ready for you. It's kind of cool. Here's your bonus room.

So again, could be like a loft space, could be a game room, could be a playroom. And then this area that you're entering now, it could really be like a whole suite area. So there would be a door here, there'll see the door to the right. So that leads you right out to the front door area. So if you could use this as almost like an attached casita, kind of like a home within a home. All the builders have their own different terms, but right now it's set up as a really, that's how it's set up. It's like a guest suite area. And then here's the actual bedroom. There's plenty of space. You can really do a lot of things with it. And there's your other pool bathroom, this room here. I mean it could be an office, it could be all types of. And then as we go down the other hall, we're going to have the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. So again, everything's really good size, no shortage of space. Another walk-in closet, another full bathroom. And then here is your last house bedroom,

Another walk-in closet. And then we're going out to the last of the full bathrooms. So again, plenty of space. I think what's kind of cool here is to your left there you have that door, that exterior door if thinking right out to the backyard. So especially say if you had a home that you built the pool or something like that. It's a great place where guests could be able to come in if they're wet, kids are wet from the pool, they want to be able to step in and rinse off or go to the bathroom or whatnot. I think it's really cool having the exterior access for sure. So not something that's very common. Alright, and so that is the kiri model. Again, super high-end, super nice, all types of cool finishes. And just to clarify something that I'd mentioned in the video, so this model, the way we saw it has that home en suite setup. So that is an option from the builder. If you did not have that, then that area would just be, that's your true fifth bedroom. So just a little clarification for me. Hopefully that makes sense as you guys are walking through. But obviously it's a beautiful home, super high end, super cool. It's massive. It's a massive single story. But let's go ahead and we'll check out the next one.

Cool. So as you come in, again, everything is super grand. This is the model that all the neighbors we're talking about. It's definitely, it's a really, really cool house. Very big, very grand. You get almost 5,000 square feet. It's beautiful from the outside. But as you walk into that front entry, you'll see a big glass panel right behind the glass panel is your garden area, which is super cool. Not something you're going to see very often on the inside of a tract home. So they have it set up super zen, super peaceful, super tranquil, and we're going to go in there as we make our way throughout the house. But behind that garden area, there was a full bedroom down here with a full bathroom plus a half bathroom. And then over to the right is the staircase. So of course we're going to make our way up there as well.

But obviously even just the staircase is beautiful. So they're floating stairs, they have the glass panels along the side, definitely a statement for sure. Super cool. And then as you come in around the corner, we have the big great room. You have the family room set up, you have the eating area and the kitchen is massive. Actually the kitchen's slightly smaller than the last model, but still, I mean it's huge. You have the fireplace here with a big, huge, massive electric fireplace. This one's got the built-ins and the mantle and all that little stuff. Again, ton of windows. Basically the whole back of the house is lined with windows. So these are, they're not tri-fold sliding, sliding doors. They are quad fold sliding doors. So in two sets of them. So they're massive. They look like they're about 10 feet, they're huge. They line the whole back of the house, definitely beautiful.

And behind you you have the kitchen. So a ton of storage. You have two refrigerators that are currently set up. So you have two built-in refrigerators. Of course all the seamless steel appliances, all high end. You have the big huge monogram over there, beautiful countertops, beautiful cabinets. This one's got the pot filler and custom back splash, all types of cool stuff. So as you make your way down the hall there you have the prep kitchen. So prep kitchen has obviously another sink kind of cabinet space. You have another oven there as well. And another built-in refrigerator. So it's the third built-in refrigerator within four feet, which is super cool pantry space, all types of storage and space for all your appliances, all that type of stuff behind you. That door leads out to one of the two car garages and as you wrap back around, this door leads out to the other two car garage. So it is kind nice that both of 'em are attached to not always the case

And beautiful, beautiful view out there. All types of cool finishes that they put in. So as you come around, so we have that's taking you back out to the garage. You have that laundry room area. So we have some cabinets. This is the first of two laundry rooms inside the house and really your mudroom area. And then you have this exterior door that'll take you right up in the backyard. So really cool mud room area. And then we're going to check out the backyard. We don't usually do this in the models, but honestly they did such a cool job with this one. I think it's beautiful and some really good inspiration. It also shows you what a good example, what an example of a lot size is here too. So again, these are all anywhere from quarter acre to half acre size lots. So this one has, you have some space there to your left. You have a massive pool, you have the gazebo in the back, you see the big huge California room. You saw those big sliders that we were talking about earlier. On the inside you have all the built-in barbecue area,

Little sitting area, the grass. And of course this one has the view in the back. So that is Temecula wine country right behind you. And that's the case for most of this community that backs up right to wine country. It's really the crest of summer bend. And let's go ahead and we'll make our way back inside. And then to come back into the family room, we're actually going to go out that other slider. So this is the trifold slider on this side that takes you out to the garden area. So here's the trifold. Cool then this guy all the way up and go out. So super pretty super tranquil. You'll see the balcony space up top. So we'll make our way out there and make way up as well.

So we're going to do the first bedroom down here. This is towards the back of the house. So this actually shows as having two primary bedrooms. So you kind of have the dual primary bedroom set up. So this is number one. So here's again, great big room, plenty of space. You saw there's another trifold slider here in the back of the house, plus there's a door to be able to access the backyard as well, which is really nice And behind you, we're walking into the primary bathroom and big huge walk-in shower, you have a massive soaking tub. Again, another one of those standing faucets, those all the way down to the ground and the dual closets as well. You get really cool finishes, really open layout. I don't think any shortage of space, but I guess it's 5,000 square feet, so probably be given. Then as we make our way here to the other side, we're going to go to the bedroom, the front of the house. So we have that first bedroom as you walked in. So you have a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a walk-in bathroom. We'll give you a quick glance at those. Again, really good size, very generous space.

And then we'll walk around the corner to the half bath here.

Here we go. And now we go upstairs again, you have the floating staircase, a really cool option. You have the glass panels along the side, super beautiful. The even the light fixtures are massive, but you need something so big, just pick up tape, super pretty. And as we make our way upstairs, so again, you're going to have more big huge glass panels, really floor to ceilings, a ton of light coming in. You have a bedroom there to your left that we'll go ahead and check out. And I think it's been consistent across the board. I think every model that we're seeing has had a full attached bathroom and attached closet and walk-in closet out there. That's a sliding door that takes you out to the balcony area. We'll take you out there. Here at the end as you come up. So you have your bedroom here towards the end of the hall, towards the back of the house. Again, another slider. There's another balcony here on the back end. We'll take you out there in just a minute. Again, another attached bathroom, another walk-in closet.

The right you have your second laundry room. This are probably really more of the main laundry rooms. One downstairs, one upstairs, full laundry room up here. Have a true loft set up. So they have it set up as a game room. You see some built-ins here. Could be any type of playroom for the kids or a second lounge space. There was a slider there out to that balcony as well. And kind of making our way into the second primary bedroom. So this one's definitely going to be a little bit bigger. We're going to go out here and check out the balcony while we're over here. So we have obviously plenty of space here in the bedroom. There is your French door sliders opening up. So there's that balcony all the way across here on the backside of the house. Super pretty, super nice views. Again, that's outfits in that little wine country area.

Super pretty. That spans the whole back of the house. And then we're going to take you inside the primary bath,

The primary bath as you walk in. Obviously it's got a massive, massive shower it. The tub is inside the shower as well. The dual shower head's, super, super pretty. Saw the dual sinks. He saw plenty of built-in storage as well. You saw the toilet area. Another dual closet set up this one. Of course they have all the built-ins, et cetera, but super, super pretty. And then here is your other fitness area. So definitely a little bit smaller than the last model for sure. That's nice to have. Definitely good space. Or I could see someone using that just as all closet space as well too. You just wanted a massive, massive closet. And then here's that balcony that we saw right when we come up the stairs. So this connects between the fitness area to that bedroom toward that upstairs bedroom. There's the front of the house again, super pretty. You can see the views, you can just see how grand everything is. Super, super nice.

Okay. All right, so that completes our tour. So that's all three models. Again, this is the Shawood community here in summers, bend here in Temecula. As you can see. Super grand, super high end. Hopefully. You guys thought they were super cool. I think they're beautiful. Honestly, from this last one, I mean it's almost 5,000 square feet.
